The people who run this complex dont care about its residents. Everytime i open the kitchen window, the pilot light in the stove would go out. I called the main office to get someone to come fix it, and they took hours to fix it, all the while me and my 4 year old son were sucking in gas fumes. when they did finally fix it, they made me feel as though i should have fixed this problem myself. Also, the gas and electric bills are so high every month because the windows in the apartment are so old that they retain no heat or cold. there have been many days this summer that i had my AC running at 65, but the actual temp in here never went below 80 degrees. Also, you have to pay for your own water, which i have never had an apartment complex do. The parking lots are a joke too. if there is anyone parked across the lot from you, good luck trying to get your car out in one swoop. when we moved in, there were many things wrong with the appearence. There was a few broken light bulbs shoved beside the fridge, burn holes in the carpet, burn marks on the bathroom vanity, our carpet is coming up in the living room leaving the nail strip exposed. a few months ago, they came around and sprayed for bugs in the apts. I never once saw a bug in here prior to that, and after they sprayed the bugs started coming out of the woodwork!
