I have lived in this community going on a year. Carrollton apartments is well located and pretty close to everything. The area it self is very quite - its a nice mix of apt,condos and single family homes. The community is an older one but is very well kept. I would definately recommend this complex to anyone that is looking. They offer you 4 floor plans to choose from (2 garden style apts and 2 townhomes )so there is something for everyone. You get a lot of space for your money and one of the little perks - if you have the deluxe 2 bdrm and are on the 1st floor you get a nice size fenced in patio . As with everything there are some "cons" though there are very few that i have run across. The biggest is that the complex doesnt offer a laundry facility but does have washer dryer hookups in the common area of the basement , which is fine if you are renting the townhomes but if you live in the apt you share that area with 3 other families. So that is something to think about. Overall i say give carrollton a try.
