Maintenance workers are poorly trained and unreliable. recently had them diconect toilet in unit above mine without insuring that water supply was turned off. Had water running down all door jambs in my apartment and flowing into basement. Maintenances respose was when it dries we'll repaint. what about mold'
Tenant in building next to ours runs a used car business and parks his vehicles for sale in the no parking zone where trash dumpster is supposed to be. Dumpster has been moved to basically block my vehicles in.
Maintenance issues arn't addressed until the 5th of the month. (rent is late on the 6th)
Lighting on parking lot has been bad for three months without resolution.

regardless of when I have had maintenance issues they have promptly responded...i can understand if a tenant is continually late with rent...but I have never had a serious problem with mgt responding to maintenance issues
