nothing to complain about! I have to say that this is a pretty descent place to live. Before I moved in the people in the office were really friendly and helpful. On move in day the apartment was nice and clean. The maintenance people are always extremely helpful. I've never had a problem

Kudos to Berkshire I have lived in Brittany Acres for the past two years - it wasn't the greatest experience. I can say though, that since Berkshire Management has come in to run the property, things are looking up. The office staff is friendly, my work orders are getting done

Crappy!!!! Like it was said before the demo looks NOTHING like what you get. The kithchen is the ugliest thing I have ever seen with greace all over the place, the bathroom was covered in mold and dirt that you couldn't get out and the amount of carpet cleaner they use on the carpet gave my son
