Young Caucasian Family - As you can tell from the subject, we are a minority here. This community has made us feel very welcome. It is affordable and well kept. I would recommend checking this property out.

Kudos to Berkshire I have lived in Brittany Acres for the past two years - it wasn't the greatest experience. I can say though, that since Berkshire Management has come in to run the property, things are looking up. The office staff is friendly, my work orders are getting done

move there i lived at brittany for 3 years and i do not plan to move any time soon. The prices are great,problems get fix as soon as i had to call them in. There is new a new management company running the complex now and they are just as good.I recommend to any one looking in the area to move

Irrelevant bills & terrible maintenance This is a terrible place to live in. Although the apartment I lived in was fine, the management tries to push every bill on to you even at the times that you havent lived there. If you do not look carefully at the bills...you might pay what you do not owe

Crappy!!!! Like it was said before the demo looks NOTHING like what you get. The kithchen is the ugliest thing I have ever seen with greace all over the place, the bathroom was covered in mold and dirt that you couldn't get out and the amount of carpet cleaner they use on the carpet gave my son
