I lived in this place for 1 year--my senior year at Southeast. Our apartment was quiet, we had very few problems, and never waited more than a few hours for maintenance. We never had a noise problem, everything was in good shape...the office staff is very friendly and understanding and so is maintenance. They also keep the grounds very nice---in the summer, there is someone doing lawncare every day of the week! And they get after you if you leave trash outside or anything, so you don't have to worry about the place looking horrible.

Overall, this is a great place to live. I highly reccommend it.
