These apartments are mostly for college students, so be prepared to never have any down time. While the office staff is great and they really do take complaints and any work orders seriously and respond to them quickly, the building were thrown up in a matter of no time. They may look nice but you can hear everything above and below you. And as for the bugs get a can of raid because you have ants and spiders like there is no tommorow. There is such a large gap under the front door they just come on in, it's so bad that when it's windy things get toosed around in the hallway just from the breeze coming from under the front door. There are parties non stop and they take up all the parking spots in front of the building. The managemet staff attempted to correct this problem by putting up guest parking signs and having everyone that lived there get a parking permit. They treatend towing if you didn't have a permit and weren't in a guest spot but I never saw it happen. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
