Lived there during 2004-2005 in a shared apartment where we each had our own bedrooms and shared a common area. My "roommates", who were unknown to me when I moved in, were party people, and I moved out 3 months before termination of the lease. However, I continued to pay the monthly rent for the remainder of the lease agreement. I left my rented "room" neat and tidy; however, Cape Place issued a "cleaning fee" 3 months later, stating my previous bedroom was trashed. Since I had not lived there for 3 months, I tried to speak with management, but they were totally unresponsive. They turned the $200 cleaning fee over to a collection agency.
