I currently live at Cape Place, although they are constantly tossing the idea of changing their name. And overall I have hated my experience thusfar. First and foremost: The safty, I've heard of too many people being mugged, all the wile Cape Place swears they have a 24hr security on patrol (I have only seen the guy once.) Maintnence is dredful: once you place a maintence request, it takes between 3 to 5 weeks to respond, then once they arrive all they do is place blame on the tenents while not fixing the problems (they removed our cieling light fixtures instead of fixing them, they tore off my roomates towel rack, and still have yet to repair holes in his wall, they gave up on fixing our sink faucet sprayer.) Rent is too high: $340 now, and will be above $350 next leasing period. Open parking spots are few and far between, if you get home after 8pm, you must walk across the complex. And the staff for the most part is made up of students, so is lackluster at best. I would not recommend this company. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
