Nice place..but.... The apartment is clean...good maintainence...but while moving out of the apartment, they charge you a crazy amount in the name of damages and cleaning...so I would say that this is an expensive place..and beware of the management trying to squeeze money out of you.

No Go I have lived in these apartments since August when I started school. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's a bad neighborhood so be prepared for domestic fighting issues just about every night. The apartments are very old and run down. I had a 3 bedroom 2200 sqft house in STL

WONT STAY I have lived at these apt. for little over 3 months and the proplems begin before u even get out of your car. In the past 2 months i have had an ongoing issue with parking. yes spots are assigned but people dont seem to care that they are. They give you a parking permit but its pointless
