You would think that this was a fine living establishment being in Chesterfield. However, everything is old, nothing gets replaced until it falls apart or dies, and then they try hard not to do anything. The staff is rude, slow to answer a request and some that used to work there quit because they did not like how they saw tenants treated. Never will I recommend any property managed by this company and this one in particular stinks! It's also noisy and poorly insulated. The utilities are ridiculous and the upkeep except for the grass and flowers is horrible. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
