I would definately have to say that the management company before the new one were all a bunch of SNOBS!!!! I hated having to call or come up there! They treated me as if they were above me! Come to think of it...I wonder if all the new negative comments that are posted about the new company are from the FIRED employees'''' hmm...I am FINALLY comfortable with calling and coming in...Everyone in the office is sooooo nice! Dont let these FAKE reviews stop you from at least calling and seeing for yourself!

Please do not believe the above post. I strongly suspect that it has been posted by the new management(I'm almost pretty sure). I have lived in Baxter crossings for 3 years and absolutely loved the old management. They were flexible in their lease terms and resonable rent hikes with lease extensions. Also thay had a lot of activities planned for the residents which we all loved and enjoyed. The moment new management took over I could find a drastic difference in the property. The grounds are neglected not to mention the pool. The manager(carolyn) is so rude to the residents and behaves as though she doesnot care whether you stay or not.I left Baxter Crossings as soon as my lease was up with out a second thought.I can definetly tell you that there are going to be a lot of vacant apartments in the coming months.

I too live in Baxter Crossings and agree with every word you have said. Please prospective renter's listen to what we are telling you. If you do not beleive us ask some of the residents that are in the gym or around the community. You will see for yourself. Also drive around the complex you will see the that the buildings are an eye-sore and have been since the takeover.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? It's obvious that the new managers are posting here. They're the ONLY good comments on here and they're using the same style of writing. C'mon, dissing the OLD management will NOT get you new tenents or keep the current ones. Running a respectable company and community and responding to the needs of your residents might.

I find it odd that Linda1966 talks about coming to the office; not going to the office. She is speaking from a tense that she is normally the one there and others come to her. If she was a tenant she would most likely have stated that she goes to the office.
