Renter's beware! The staff is not educated about the property, leasing agreements, or even how the complex is operated. The staff is very unprofessional and dress like and act like they are at low budget night club in East St. Louis. This is truly unacceptable and something should be done about this seeing as how this is Chesterfield, Missouri and not the slums of St. Louis. I really had high hopes for this community but the hopes soon faded after seeing the property and staff for myself. Every negative review I have read on this site is true. So much for giving the benefit of the doubt. Oh and when viewing the property I witnessed bugs, smelled cigarette smoke in leasing office and units, and saw people standing and drinking beer outside by parked cars. Not classy at all.

Also there is an increasing amount of broken beer bottle glass in the parking lots, abandoned cars are starting to show up, and there's more "thump thump" sounds from cars driving within the complex. The community is becoming a Section 8 dumping ground. I'll bet the Chesterfield homeowners will appreciate a little bit of East St Louis in their backyard.
