The apartment has everything we would want in a full house, but in a one-bedroom apartment. Staff are very helpful and friendly! We did a walk through before moving in and there were a few minor things we noticed that needed fixing. We made a list and submitted it to the leasing office and they fixed everything on the list before our move in date. We were very pleased. The grounds are clean and pretty and the exterior of the apartment made us feel like we were staying at a lodge on vacation. The rest of the apartments we looked at were very 70s-80s style, needed a lot of updating, and the grounds were not as nice as Chesterfield Village. Oh, and there is extra storage besides the in unit storage. That was a bonus we didn't know about until we moved in. The location is perfect. There is shopping (Chesterfield Mall) and restaurants within a few minutes in all directions!
All in all, we are very pleased with this place and it makes us feel more at home here in Saint Louis.
