Forum Apartments in Chesterfield are HORRIBLE! I paid $690 a month for a one bedroom apartment (I suggest shopping around, prices are cheaper elsewhere). The buidings are old and in disrepair. Anytime I would complain about a problem the response was always "well, the building is 35 years old". The hot water heaters are small and shared with another unit. I had water leakage in my apartment, mold problems, etc. The list goes on and on! The management is unfriendly and defensive whenever anyone complains. The only updated appliance is the dishwashers. All other fixtures are cheap and have never been replaced. The only decent part about this property is that my rent included my gas and electicity bills.
