Awesome pool!

This place has the most awesome pool that is kept perfect all summer. People are nice and the rent is the lowest in the area, which makes it a bargain since the apartments are larger too. The maintenance is usually here the same day that a problem is reported. The downside is that the apartments are poorly insulated which makes the utility bills high.
