We've only been here a few months, but already this is the best apartment complex out of any we've ever lived in! The staff is extremely friendly to us, and even went out of their way for us when we moved. Mike, who does maintenance/etc, is really friendly any time he's had to come out - and the few times we've needed him, he's been here within a couple hours. Everyone who works here will stop and talk to you when they're out and about, it has a real community feel. The other residents have all been friendly, also lending to the community feel, and will often stop to chat while we're walking our dog. The place is kept in great shape: lawns, leaf blowing, hardly any dog droppings, the buildings...everything. Let me tell you, I have experience at other places, and this is abnormal, but in a great way. Rent is cheap, too. Yes, you can hear the neighbors, but that is what it is like living in an apartment. We're ground floor with every apartment next to us rented - it isn't that bad at all, and is MUCH better than our last place!
