This apt was not worth what they charged. We've had severe leaking problems with the windows, and they keep promising to fix them but do nothing. The apt is way too small, and needs updating badly. The office management staff are very nice, but never back up their promises. Walls are also very thin, so be prepared to hear your neighbors.
