Another ulcer please!

Since I moved in this complex has been consistently unsatisfying. We were told that by the time we moved in they would have hi-speed internet installed and the whole complex would be switched to Charter as our internet, cable, and phone provider. That hasn't happened. However, what has happened are continued broken promises, and 6-7 months later we still have people in and out of our apartment hooking up what seems to be the new connections (this included wonderful holes in our walls for several weeks and then a crappy drywall job to fix the holes), however we are still patiently waiting. 6-7 months is completely unacceptable! Lorraine is utterly useless and should not work with the public as she is a very snobby woman. I do, however, not have any complaints about maintenance who respond in a few hours (go Mike), Abbey in the office (who does all of Lorraine's dirty work), and the apartments are well maintained. After everything is hooked up I would recommend Hunters Glen. I think I lived here at a bad time, and it can only get better.
