Get ready to hear the rumble of your neighbors . If you rent at Hunter's Glen I strongly suggest requesting an upstairs unit otherwise you will hear every creak of every step taken by your neighbors . Not that you still won't hear them in an upstairs unit but it may be at least bearable . Also get ready for management to keep your security deposit when you move out - for fictitious damages . Be prepared to take what you get because management is not likely to handle any complaints you may have about noisy neighbors etc . Also be prepared for living in a loud college student type environment as several students from Logan live in Hunter's Glen and seem to love the party lifestyle but also seriously need to be educated on respect for neighbors - this is occurring in SEVERAL buildings . I would strongly suggest moving elsewhere . I was extremely disapointed with my apartment -everything was constructed cheaply , paper thin walls etc . Worst Management I have ever seen.
