I've lived in Hunter's Glen since late November. So far, everything has been good. Maintenece has been so helpful. Nothing has really gone wrong yet, I do however agree with the comments about being able to hear your neighbors, though. This has been a very, very minor problem. It's like living in a multi-floor home, you're going to hear the people above you walking around, sometimes. Compared to my last apartment in North Saint Louis, this place is a dream. I feel completely safe! You'll really enjoy the inventive floor plans, I have the Belmont, and it isn't your run of the mill, typical rectangle-shaped apartment. The kitchen in spacious, and the sun room helps make the living room feel bigger. So far, I love it here!
