But so far, so good at Hunter's Glen. Sure you are going to hear your neighbors....that's kind of what you should expect when living in an apartment and not a house. I am a tiny bit disappointed that my unit is not just like the one I looked at several times, but the location, and amenities definitely outweigh the drive from South City to Chesterfield every day with the Highway 40 shutdown. The office staff is friendly and knows you by name whenever you are there to drop of rent or have any other questions. Maintenance is great, often completing my request within less than 4 hours...and replacing a water heater on a Saturday afternoon in mid-February. Now if only everything I was used to in South City (restaurants, stores, etc.) would move to Chesterfield, things would be FANTASTIC! :)
