Can't wait to get out.

CONS: Definitely not worth almost a grand per month. Woke up one morning to water pouring from the bathroom ceiling of our first floor unit, flooding our bathroom; maintenance wouldn't fix it until 3-4 days later because we called it in on a weekend. W/D are dinosaurs and constantly leak water, despite calls to maintenance. The lease termination fee is ridiculous, and is required even if you are transferred for work related reasons, or called into military active duty.
Poor insulation around doors and windows. No sprayer on the kitchen sink-not a big thing, but it gets annoying. No counter or pantry space.
Very small space for what you pay in rent.
PROS: Reasonable pet rent and although they say they only allow small dogs (under 25 lbs), our two labs are welcome, and I've seen other large breed dogs around the complex. New stove. Our unit backed up to a large wooded area, which was nice for the dogs.
