DO NOT LIVE HERE, EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!!! This is the most poorly run place i have ever seen. Crappy maintenance, no speed limit, dog crap everywhere, totally outdated appliances, (i mean from like the 70's), cheap blinds, horrible nasty carpet, very rude office people, and much much more. I would not pay someone to live here. I hate it. they are so rude to young adults. they put notes on your door for everything, even if it has nothing to do with you. They painted the railing outside when it was raining, so the white paint got all over our porch, it looked like someone poured milk all over our porch. Parking sucks, they yell at you if you park in other peoples spot, but they dont care if other people park in your spot. Way overpriced, definatly not worth 1040.00 a month. the upstairs in the townhouses are so hot, i mean like it can be 65 downstairs and 90 upstairs, it sucks so bad. I can not wait to leave, they wont even let me break my lease. the asst. manager lives here and she sees half of the crap that goes on and dont even do anything about it. They blame the young adults for EVERYTHING!!! I would not live here if i were you!! Go some place else, this place sucks and is not worth it at all!!!

I agree. The management says that when these units were built, they were done so very poorly. They say that the HVAC is screwey which is what keeps your upstairs hot and your main level freezing. Their advice to me was to live upstairs in the winter and downstairs in the summer... Very nice!

Rented renovated unit. It's like nothing else I saw out there. New onwners seem to care.

HOT air rises!!! Yes the a/c might be old but they cannot control the fact that heat rises! So there will be a temperature difference!
