Poor Management

Building is in good shape. Heat and Ac work well. Inside common areas and hallways need attention. Rules need to b enforced. and tenants screened. Work crews are very sloppy. Not sure if any manager ever walks the property.

Management is a joke. Would have never signed lease knowing how this place operates. Here less than a month and have been lied to countless times. Absolutely terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

New more updates Better Management People in the Apartment complex are very friendly and helpful. I love Doggie park. The lights at Doggie Park need to be set. Don't come on until 8pm, it gets dark earlier.

About this apartment it's wonderful the team is great endnote you have any kind of issues. Also which Is nice about washers and dryer. I would recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you so much that they do on time work.

New management is not active . They don't handle service requests properly. And trouble residents For smaller things without proper verification. They collect charges by making few services like Vellet Thrash and security system , where don't solve any requests pertaining to them

Move in experience was terrible. After paying all the money required and confirmed rate, I was told apartment would not be ready. After lot of argument the Manager agreed to give the apartment shown. g

If you like your apartment and car broken into, mouse infestations, ant problems, flooded basements, noisy pipes and neighbors that bang on walls, methane and sewage smells coming through your vents and a property manger with horrible people skills- this is the place for you!

Has been great up until the new management took over last year. Still charging me for renters insurance when I already have renters insurance through my personal provider. Tyne management over the last year has made many mistakes at the renters expense.
