the staff is somewhat friendly, but a little incompetent. We left our keycard in the athletic room by accident, and they picked up but couldn't remember what they did with it, so finally we just payed for a new key, which we had offered to do when we first lost it, but they said they had it. I got hot-tub filiculitus from the hot-tub, because it is not cleaned often enough, and didn't make them pay for my medical even though I could have, but haven't gotten back in the hot-tub since because they still haven't learned to clean it properly. the pool could be nice, but is almost always dirty, one day there was even a dead animal in it, so we called the after hours number they had posted, but it wasn't a working number, so we told them at the office first thing the next morning, and they still didn't clean it out until the NEXT day. A DEAD ANIMAL! and now, I haven't been able to get into the athletic room for the past two nights even though my key is working (I've used it today) and they don't have any answers for me. and the pooper scoopers and landscapers they hire are scary, I caught one of them staring at me through my kitchen window one day. I had a friend that lived here a few years ago, and one day her blacony caved in with people on it, AND someone underneath, many people were hurt, one lady broke both ankles and a leg, it's amazing no one was seriously or fatally injured, and ten more balconies were condemed that summer. Moral of the story it looks nice, the people are nice, but things in the apartments break all the time, and you have to be very assertive with the managment to get them to pay attention to you and get the help that you need. yes it's spacious and landscaping is pretty, but it's very stressful living here.

All of the items listed above must have happened prior to March 2005 when Michelson purchased property. No dead animal in pool & no balcony has fallen. Not sure if these statements are bogus, but I would have been upset with previous management too.
