I would highly recommend Schoettler Village Apts. The size of the apts are amazingly large and very homelike. The entire complex is very well maintained, landscaping,etc. plus the inhouse maintanence is great. I recently needed a small repair and since it was not something very important I told the office that it was not a priority but within one hour the maintainance man was knocking at my door. Another time my disposal stopped working and within an hour or so it was repaired.
The ladies in the management office are great and so very friendly. There are activites planned. Today there was a meeting with the Easter Bunny followed by a big Easter egg hunt for the kids. Last week there were donuts and coffee handed curbside to the tenants in their cars as they left for work. The list goes on and on of nice extras given to the tenants by management. I love it here and I know you will too!!
