I agree with all the negative discrepencies with this apartment complex. First off they charge and arm and two legs and there are no updates done at all and i believe the apartment complex was built in the 1800's very horrible staff worse parking and horrible living arrangements would never rent or even send my worst enemy to rent from.

Schoettler Village is actually a great place to live - one of the only apartment complexes that allows large dogs. There are great grassy areas for your pets. Furthermore, the residents are very respectful and do pick up after their pets. Who can be mad that a company would be mad that a resident didn't pay their rent. Sometimes people forget what they are getting for the check they pay every month - A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!! Would a dealership let you keep a car that you couldn't afford to make payments on?? Also, about carpet being dirty and having problems at move-out - if you clean and keep a good house, it will stay in the same condition as when you moved in.
