We have been here about 9 months and have enjoyed every bit of it. We will have to move this summer for location reasons, but I wish we could stay longer! It is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet is still close to all sorts of shops and restaurants. I have always felt safe here, even if outside at night. On occasion we hear some noise from neighbors, but it is surprisingly quiet most of the time. Our maintenance issues have always been taken care of quickly. I have also had to call the 24-hr emergency maintenance number twice, with a fast response each time. I love the quarterly social events, as well as occasional offerings for kids and pets. Very pet friendly with reasonable rates. I also have enjoyed using the workout facility and pool. It is very convenient to have a storage unit in the basement that we can use for no extra charge. The only thing I would change would be to have washer/dryer hookups actually in the units, but with facilities in each building it is still quite easy to do laundry. Large living room, master bedroom, walk-in closet with very convenient rods and shelving already installed. It has been a great place to live and I would gladly recommend it!
