Where to start, this place is unbelievable!!

To start the management is great, they are friendly, helpful and efficient. They even remember your name after interacting for a few minutes.

I have had to call maintenance only a few times for little things, and they were usually handled that day or the following day at the latest. When we first moved in they showed up to fix every thing we found that needed a quick fix and these were very minor things.

My wife and I live in the town homes which are an incredible value, and very well maintained. The layout of the buildings are really nice, its not one big parking lot that everyone has to drive through, the buildings are setup around little parking lot culdesacs which makes traffic very light. The walls are nice and thick between apartments, we can only hear the neighbors to one side when they walk up the stairs (which are right next to ours).

The location is great, Schnuuks & Dierbergs are close by, the mall, tons of restaurants and very close to Chesterfield Valley. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
