No washer/dryer included, sound isolation is horrible, storage room is dark and scary, plus it floods (as well as the laundry facilities). The community is shifting from well-to-do tenants to just about any person with noisy kids and pets. If you are looking for a decent place at a decent prize, this will do. But don't expect anything great. This is just your average apartment complex.
