Village Green, by far, has the most unresponsive employees I have ever dealt with. Along with their terrible response time, their employees are also rude. I have been in contact with multiple people who have given me attitudes when all I have is one request. I moved out in May and it is now almost October and I have still not received my deposit check that we put down. It is only supposed to take 6 weeks to get back, not 6 months. I was promised that the absolute latest date I would receive it was September 21st and guess who still does not have it' I don't understand if they thought I would forget about it or what, but $240 is not a little bit of money to me. The only positive point about Village Green is it's location. If you can live anywhere else, do it!!
