I read the negative reviews before I moved in but took the gamble due to the great rate and location. So far, I am quite happy with the rent amount and the quality of the place and neighbors. I have lived in several places in West County and this is quite a bit better than the others...No Camaros peeling out in front of my apt. so far!! I especially appreciate the friendliness and courtesy of my neighbors and how well the grounds are kept.

This person must like trash bags and dog ---- lining his sidewalk because the grounds are horrid. People are too lazy to use the dumpsters so they put their trash outside in the yard. In the hot summer, smells of dirty trash permeate the air.
