It was a DEAL -- a STEAL for a 2 bed 2 bath apt; however, it is TRASHY!!! Cannot seem to pick up trash in a timely manner EVEN WHEN notifying leasing office of unsightly trash bags in front of apt bldgs. And too many dog waste areas . . . sidewalks, patios, etc. I actually saw a neighbor allow his dog to urinate on my neighbor's patio!!! May be a result of people living there . . . but isn't that a responsibility of the leasing agent'
Would break my lease if no repercusions!!!

I tried breaking my lease because of the health issues w/ mice and roaches entering my apartment, they would do nothing. They have control of you once you sign the lease. In addition, the desposit you put down is non-refundable, you don't ever see it again. They claim it is for processing paperwork but that is far fetched.
