We moved to Chesterfield thinking we were moving into a better neighborhood, that was not the case. The people here a just low class. People are too lazy to walk to the dumpster so they just throw there trash on the ground in big piles. Parking is lousy because people have parties and take up all the parking spots on the weekends. The apartments themselves are nice , but i'm not sure they're worth living with such hoosiers.

Apartments are nice? If you call appliances and washers and dryers, cabinets and countertops that are all at least twenty years old nice then I guess this is the place for you. Oops, forgot all of the nail pops and blemishes on the walls where previous tenants carelessly put up pictures and maintenace only painted over the holes. Very classy...if you're homeless.
