reasons to look somewhere else!
1) WE HAD MICE! It was awful, and took forever to get rid of.
2) The apartment is not sound proof at all! We hear our neighbors walking above our bedroom and their dog yapping all night.
3) You can never leave windows open because neighbors are always smoking, and it stinks up your apartment.
4) MAJOR repairs are planned from april 2007-december 2007--new siding and balconies. Lots of hammering, and noise!
5) Bedroom closet is big, but no other closet in whole apartment! No linen closet, no closet to hang up jackets for guests.
And as a bonus reason not to move in, they jacuzzi never works!!
