My biggest complaint is that you feel like your living with a very compulsive and hypocritical "mommy". We come home one night to find a letter on our door saying we are going to get written up if we dont remove the statue by our door. This "statue" I mind you is 5 inches big, it was a small dog holding a welcome sign, give me a break. Not to mention we are on the 3rd floor. Even if that is against fire codes, I'm pretty sure that 5 inch "statue" isn't going to keep a resident from a life or death situation during a fire evacuation. Also, our neighbors below let their dog crap all over their balcony''' HHMM, yeah, which one is really the problem here....Otherwise, its a nice place to live, the maintenance is prompt and staff is nice, just seem to be VERY OVERLY picky. Also the walls are very thin, and hardly any insulation. Just hope to get good neighbors like we did. You could still here conversations through the wall but I cant imagine if you had an obnoxious neighbor.

Prompt maintenance? If you call at least two weeks with several reminder phone calls to the offce prompt then I guess this is your place.
