Do not sign a lease at Westmont, you will be disappointed. Total lack of insulation resulted in huge electric bills, very noisy, mice, hungry centipedes that don't mind snacking on you while you sleep, squealing car tires all day and night...I could go on. The staff seem to think you are at their mercy, and the maintenance...let's just say they do as much as possible to do as little as possible, and spend the rest of time hitting on the female tenants. Trash everywhere, dog crap everywhere. Just about every other complex in Chesterfield is better.

I agree with all of the above except this reviewer left out the problem of roaches coming through the drains. I had to have several face to face meetings w/ management and they still did nothing to correct their unorganization or lack of maintenance.

I agree with you whole heartedly. We are moving out in May and I cant wait! The management is VERY unorganized. Luckily we never had mice or roach problems, but the management does abuse their power and when they do, it still is unconsistent through all of their management. Cant wait to move!!
