We would not recommend this place. It's really not worth the money. We have had numerous problems- from bugs to maitenance issues. These have been major issues such as the bathroom floor falling in and our front door lock not working. The staff is not at all helpful. In fact, often they are rather rude and unaccommodating. Please consider some other residence for fear you too may have this experience.

This is all very true! I am glad I signed a 6 month lease!

All true. There are better options in the area. Anyone who has a complaint or maintenance issue is either lying are has unreasonable expectations. I do not think living in an apartment without rodents and centipedes is unreasonable.
