A few things that you may encounter as a resident here:
Leaks in the ceiling, peeled walls, flooded AC units, broken appliances (fridge and dishwasher), nail holes in the wall (from the outside construction), noisy drug-dealing neighbors, lots of college kids (*think high-pitched screaming girls and guys peeing in the grass outside*), MOLD everywhere, mice, apathetic staff, and the worst part... you will lose your deposit or even owe money at the end for "damages" that mysteriously appear once you move out. I would never allow anyone that I care about to move here! I HIGHLY suggest you go elsewhere!

I have never heard any noises from any neighbors. They are the most quiet group of people I have ever lived around. When I come in or go out late at night, I never see or hear anyone.

I have never heard any noise either. I lived here for a couple years and I never had any problems. I used to be a leasing agent here at westmont and we never recieved any complaints to the office. Maybe 1 a month and that was for something minor like a burnt out lightbulb or something. We always wished something exiting would happen! Its so quiet around here. BTW- All these people writing bad reviews are #@%$! liars. We probably kicked them out bc they don't belong in west county anyway. I won't elaborate on that one. Figure it out. Just like the other girl said above, when I come and go, I never saw or heard anyone either. Its the perfect place to call home.

I suspect the people posting positive comments work for Westmont. At least one admits to it...
