Willow Bend is a beautiful, very well maintained apartment complex. I've heard that it's a little over 20 years old and it looks terrific. It was bought less than a year ago and the new management has done amazing things - they've remodled the clubhouse and the fitness center (including all new equipment), put in a business center, repaved all the parking lots and the complex roadway. They also are redoing apartments as they open up - ours was totally redone before we moved in - new carpet, paint, etc...). The street is nicely lit and it's SOOOOO peaceful and quiet here! The office and maintenance staff are available 7 days a week and many of them live here. They have a great sense of pride in the complex and are professional, friendly and helpful. Also nice is the location - on South Woods Mill just off of Rt 141, between a luxury housing development and an attractive office park - so there's no more building going on nearby. The grocery, dentist, doctor, post office and vet are are all within 5 minutes! Exceptional! I've been here 6 months and love it more each day.
