Nice Location, considerate management, not very good maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
We stayed at a one bedroom for a little over 2 years. The fact that the managment changed 3 times did not help.
The staff and management are polite and they where very nice when we where leaving, giving us some flexibility instead of trying to make the most money out of it.
Training room is brand new and very nice.
Kitchens are pretty old, some windows need replacement, etc. I suggest if you like it, negotiate what will be fixed /changed (anything big) before you sign.
The contract (yes, I read it) is too agressive for my point of view. I almost didn't sign it.
Be careful with 2nd floors, they can be noisy if you have people upstairs walking a lot.
