This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived. The employees in the leasing office are rude and sarcastic. The subdivision is not kept up and there is dog crap every where. If you can make it through the horrible odor into an apartment, you will notice the stained carpeting and the old appliances. All you are paying for is to live in Chesterfield. Yes, Woodchase is in a gated community, but they haven't changed the code since the year it was built. Everyone and their mothers know what the code is. In addition, they offer an alarm system for each apartment, but that will also cost you more money for these worthless apartments. Cars have been broken into, there is poor lighting in the parking lot and tenants had to ask for more lights outside.
