Obviously, it was a staff member at Woodchase who wrote the previous review. Traveling for my job, I have never encountered a ruder staff. Their appearance is unprofessional, as well as their attitudes. Appliances and carpet are old. The pool is filthy and the lawn furniture is old and dirty. The grounds are not kept up with and the walls are paper thin. Everyone knows the code to get into the subdivision and the workout room. Infact, the workout room is never cleaned and the staff took the remote to the television. For less money in Chesterfield, you can find cleaner more affordable and updated apartments. The subdivision smells horrible due to tenants not picking up after their dogs. There are a lack of lights and is quite dark, which is unsafe. We find siding from the buildings in our backyard.
