Woodchase does not get my vote as a place I would return to live. I had multiple maintenance problems while living there, and the staff was rude, unapologetic, and would not compromise any type of pay compensation for the inconvenience they had caused me.

I would have to call over and over to get things fixed.

The fitness room is a joke.

The bottom floor units are dingy, dark, and gross. My carpets would become sopping wet (puddles) after a hard rain, and then become moldy and smelly. They would spray the carpets to stop the mold from growing, but they never once cleaned the carpets even after many requests.

The staff is rude and incompetent and I would not recommend Woodchase Apartments.
