I have only lived in Woodchase for about three months, but it has been great. When we moved in, they replaced the carpet and put in all new appliances, even a flat top range. It is very spacious and the price and quality of the apartment was way better than any other in the area. There is always enough parking and we have only had to call maintanence once. When we did call, they came immediately, I recommend Woodchase to anyone who wants a nice, spacious, affordable apartment in Chesterfield, MO.
