Well to start with I was not able to sit down and ask questions since there are no chairs in the office. Once I was able to see the apartment I was informed that the manager would be doing check-out inspections while I was looking at the apartments. Very unprofessional. Once we decided on an apartment (1263a) we were told it would be 4 days to process when I was ready to move in ASAP. 5th day I called and she still needed more info. Finally got the papers showing my new address and it was WRONG!!! She had assigned 1241a without telling me which had a 3 foot drop off with no railing around the deck and a mud hole about 10 feet big where you would fall off the deck. She then said oh I made a mistake but would do nothing to correct it. She said that the other couple was coming from California and could not change their plans; I understand that, but what about my situation. She either lied about when I could move in, or she lied about the apartment not already being rented out. Sad that I had to catch her mistake because her dry erase board is too hard to manage. The manager here is very rude and inconsiderate. RUN RUN RUN! Do not rent here. Side note, parking is a nightmare. Management and ownership has apparently changed 3 times in 3 years.
