This high-end apartment complex is great. It was a wonderful living experience for me. I only moved out because my financial situation changed.

Many professional sports players and 'Who's Who' have lived here. This is a combination hotel and apartment complex, so there is always someone at the front desk, 24x7. So, if you lock your keys in your apartment, there is always someone there to help you. And they DON'T charge you for it, like other complexes do. There is a restaurant/bar in the building which also can deliver 'room service' style to your apartment.

There is a wonderful patio on top of the building with a 360 degree view of St. Louis. I have watched many sunrises and sunsets (with a glass of wine) from the patio.

Rooms are wonderful, especially the end units as they have bay windows. Windows are floor to ceiling, which is hard to find in St. Louis. There was absolutely NO noise problem for me. I couldn't hear my neighbors at all.

It is a fairly new building so everthing is pretty state of the art. I did have several problems with my heating/AC unit though. They had to be serviced more than once. Washer and dryer are also supplied in each apartment. Residents also have free use of the Shaw Park Swimming pool right across the street.

This complex is located in a very 'high-end' part of town, so safety was never a concern for me. You can walk to many restaurants and The Galleria is right down the street.

Mangement always responded in a timely fashion to everything. This was my best apartment living experience to date. Absolutely first class!!
