Ashland Manor Apartments - Ashland Manor Apartment is now under new management (Summer 2010) and it was a huge improvement. The office is very quick with work orders and maintenance is always very prompt and efficient. I would have to say that the buildings are old and therefore the floors are squeaky. Not the best apartment complex in Columbia anymore - I lived at Courtyard beginning last December and moved out October 2011. Decent, affordable place to live - I lived at the Reserve for 2.5 years. This place is generally a good place to live.
