Ashland Manor

I have lived here since August 2004, and it has been a nightmare. My apartment has electrical problems. Serious enough that my stuff has caught on fire a few times. I told the manager, Verna, but nothing has been done. We were told we would have brand new carpet before we moved in. We still have disgusting old carpet. There was also supposed to be new mini-blinds. We got them, but they were 4 months late. The two maintenance guys are creepy and unskilled. They are polite when you talk to them, but TWICE one of them have come in when no one was home and peed all over the toilet and nearby area and not flushed. We have had our air conditioner and a toilet semi-broken the whole time, and they keep trying to fix it but don't succeed. They don't even tell you they were there. Verna comes in whenever she feels like it. Sometimes she doesn't even knock. They have very little respect for an apartment being someone's home. It can be hard to reach anyone in the office because it will be closed when it is supposed to be open. DON'T LIVE HERE! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
