Whenever ask to repair something, you will have to ask them more than 5 to 10 times of each problem. They say "Yes" all the time and that's it! There is no report or response. very quiet. They have swimming pool but I think they never clean it. It was normally dirty. if I don't mind about your rental payment it is all right. They look like just receiving money without helping your problem. Don't live here, otherwise you will get mad soon whenever asking them some problem fixed.
p.s. they get preperation fee $150, it is absolutely the waste of money. They only sampoo the carpet. That's it.

management pretty much ignored all of our maintenance requests -- for two years they ignored them -- and then they keep your deposit. Total criminals.
